At That's It For Less, Shipping is always FREE within the Continental U.S.
Your orders are sent for processing right away and typically ship within 1 - 3 days. Our supplier is located in California and most orders will ship from that location. If your item is shipping from a different location, it will be included in the product description.

There is no UPS Ground movement on the following U.S. holidays:
New Year's Eve
New Year's Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Day after Thanksgiving
Christmas Day
*Only major holidays (not subsequent days) affect our order packing, freight movement and tracking number notification.
Notification and Tracking
We will notify you when your package ships and provide you with a tracking number.
Back Orders
We not accept back orders, if an item purchased is out of stock, your order will be adjusted and you will receive a confirmation email with your adjusted order total promptly. If your credit card has been charges, that charge will be immediately refunded.
Order Cancellations and Non-Deliverable Orders
In order to provide excellent service and expedient order processing, we do not accept order changes or cancellations. If an error has occurred in your order and you notify us immediately (within one hour) we will make every attempt to assist in correcting the error. After the order has left the pending queue we cannot assist in any way and a UPS intercept may be required to correct shipping address mistakes.
If your order is returned to our supplier as undeliverable or refused, a refund is issued less return freight charges and a 20% restocking fee
Shipping to the Continental United States
We reserve the right to substitute shipping methods when an alternative method is deemed to be more beneficial. Packages below 1 lb. are typically shipped via USPS. To save our time and costs, we typically do not ship outside of the Continental U.S. You may contact Customer Service if you are interested in determining the costs of out of US shipping. The cost is typically prohibitive on all but the largest orders.
